Acceptable Use Policy.

Last updated: June 2026

Tribora is a home for creators and their communities. This policy defines what is not allowed on the platform, what happens when the rules are broken, and how to report problems. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every account, community, live room, replay, product, and message on Tribora.

1.

Purpose of this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects the people who make Tribora what it is: creators building real communities and members showing up for them. It sets a clear baseline of behavior across the entire platform.

  • ·This policy applies to all content and activity on Tribora: posts, comments, polls, messages, community pages, products, events, tickets, live rooms, and replays.
  • ·Individual creators may set stricter rules for their own communities. Those community rules apply in addition to this policy, never instead of it.
  • ·This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violating this policy is a violation of the Terms.
2.

Respectful Conduct

Disagreement is welcome on Tribora. Abuse is not. Everyone on the platform is expected to:

  • ·Engage with other members and creators in good faith.
  • ·Respect the rules and moderation decisions of each community they join.
  • ·Respect the privacy of others — no sharing of private messages, personal details, or community-only content outside the community without consent.
  • ·Refrain from disruptive behavior in live rooms, including mic abuse, deliberate interruption, and coordinated derailing.
3.

Illegal Activities

You may not use Tribora to commit, promote, or facilitate illegal activity, including:

  • ·Selling or promoting illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs and weapons.
  • ·Money laundering, terrorist financing, or evading sanctions.
  • ·Gambling services that are unlicensed or unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • ·Human trafficking or exploitation of any kind.
  • ·Any content or transaction that violates the laws that apply to you or to your audience.

We cooperate with law enforcement where legally required and report serious offenses to the relevant authorities.

4.

Hate Speech and Harassment

The following are prohibited everywhere on Tribora:

  • ·Hate speech: content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.
  • ·Harassment and bullying: targeted insults, intimidation, unwanted sexualization, or encouraging others to pile on a person.
  • ·Doxxing: publishing someone’s private information — home address, phone number, financial details, or private images — without their consent.
  • ·Threats: any threat of violence or harm against a person or group, whether stated directly or implied.

Criticism of ideas, work, or public conduct is allowed. Attacks on people for who they are, are not.

5.

Violence and Dangerous Organizations

  • ·Content that incites, glorifies, or provides instructions for violence is prohibited.
  • ·Terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, and organized hate groups may not use Tribora, and content that praises, supports, or recruits for them is prohibited.
  • ·Graphic violence shared for shock value is prohibited. Limited exceptions may apply to clearly newsworthy, educational, or documentary contexts with appropriate framing.
  • ·Content encouraging self-harm or suicide is prohibited. Content about recovery and mental-health support is welcome when it does not promote harmful behavior.
6.

Adult and Sexual Content

  • ·Pornography and sexually explicit content are not permitted on Tribora, including in paid or gated communities, live rooms, and replays.
  • ·Non-consensual intimate imagery, and threats to share it, are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination.
  • ·Sexual services may not be offered, advertised, or sold on the platform.
  • ·Artistic, educational, or health-related content involving nudity may be permitted in limited contexts, provided it is not sexually explicit and is clearly presented in that context.

These restrictions also reflect the requirements of our payment partners. Selling prohibited adult content through Tribora payments is a serious monetization violation under Section 13.

7.

Child Safety

Child safety overrides every other consideration on this platform.

  • ·Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors in any form, and grooming behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • ·Violations are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant local authorities, and the accounts involved are terminated permanently.
  • ·Content depicting or promoting child abuse, neglect, or endangerment is prohibited.
  • ·Adults may not use Tribora to make unsolicited contact with minors.

There is no appeal path for confirmed child-safety violations.

9.

Spam, Fraud and Scams

  • ·No spam: repetitive posting, unsolicited bulk messaging, engagement bait, or follow-and-unfollow schemes.
  • ·No deceptive commerce: selling products or memberships you do not intend to deliver, fake scarcity claims, or hidden charges.
  • ·No financial scams: pyramid and Ponzi schemes, multi-level recruitment offers, guaranteed-return investment pitches, and pump-and-dump promotions.
  • ·No misleading earnings claims: creators may share real results but may not promise specific income outcomes.
  • ·No fake engagement: buying or selling followers, members, votes, or reviews, and no bot-driven activity.
  • ·No phishing: attempting to collect passwords, payment details, or personal data under false pretenses.
10.

Impersonation and Identity Abuse

  • ·Do not impersonate other people, creators, brands, or Tribora staff, whether through account names, community handles, or content.
  • ·Parody and commentary are allowed only when clearly labeled and not likely to mislead.
  • ·Do not create accounts using stolen or fabricated identities, including for Stripe onboarding. Identity fraud in payout onboarding results in immediate loss of monetization and account termination.
  • ·Do not register community handles or usernames primarily to squat on, resell, or block a name belonging to someone else.
11.

Malware, Hacking and Security Abuse

  • ·Do not upload, link to, or distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
  • ·Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload Tribora’s systems, or interfere with the service’s operation.
  • ·Do not scrape the platform, harvest user data, or access the service through unauthorized automated means.
  • ·Do not attempt to access accounts, communities, or content you are not authorized to access, including circumventing paywalls and access controls.
  • ·Do not reverse-engineer the platform except where the law expressly permits it.
  • ·If you discover a security vulnerability, report it responsibly to support@tribora.net rather than exploiting it.
12.

Misinformation and Harmful Activities

  • ·Do not share content intended to deceive people in ways that risk real-world harm, including dangerous medical misinformation and fabricated emergencies.
  • ·Do not publish manipulated media (including AI-generated deepfakes) presented as authentic to deceive, defame, or defraud.
  • ·Do not promote dangerous activities or challenges likely to cause physical harm.
  • ·Do not use Tribora to coordinate harassment campaigns, election manipulation, or platform manipulation on or off Tribora.

Honest opinion, satire, and good-faith debate are not misinformation. Enforcement under this section focuses on deception that creates a real risk of harm.

13.

Payments and Creator Monetization Rules

Monetization on Tribora — paid memberships, products, tickets, cohort enrollments, replay unlocks, tips, and Stripe Connect payouts — is a privilege that carries extra responsibility. Creators who monetize must:

  • ·Sell only content and services permitted by this policy, our Terms of Service, and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (including Stripe’s prohibited and restricted business categories).
  • ·Deliver what buyers pay for, and describe paid offerings accurately.
  • ·Not use Tribora payments for money laundering, fee evasion, or transactions unrelated to their creator activity.
  • ·Not direct members off-platform to complete payments in order to circumvent platform fees or buyer protections.
  • ·Maintain truthful identity and business information in Stripe onboarding.

Serious or repeated violations of this policy can result in loss of monetization: we may disable your ability to sell, pause or permanently revoke payouts, hold funds pending investigation or refunds to buyers, and report your account to Stripe. Monetization removal can happen independently of, or in addition to, account-level enforcement under Section 14.

14.

Enforcement Actions

When this policy is violated, we choose an action proportionate to the severity and history of the violation. Depending on the case, we may:

  • ·Remove or restrict the violating content, replay, product, or live room.
  • ·Issue a warning recorded against the account.
  • ·Temporarily limit features, such as posting, going live, or selling.
  • ·Suspend the account for a defined period.
  • ·Remove monetization and payouts as described in Section 13.
  • ·Permanently terminate the account and its communities.

Repeat offenders face escalating consequences: a first minor violation typically results in content removal and a warning; further violations lead to feature limits and suspensions; continued or serious violations lead to permanent termination. Severe violations — including child-safety offenses, credible threats of violence, and payment fraud — skip the ladder and result in immediate termination.

We may also act on behavior that occurs off-platform when it creates a credible safety risk on Tribora.

15.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you can appeal:

  • ·Email support@tribora.net from the email address on your account within 30 days of the action.
  • ·Include the affected content or account, the action taken, and why you believe it was a mistake.
  • ·A person — not an automated system — reviews every appeal. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
  • ·If the appeal succeeds, we restore the content, features, or account and clear the strike from your record.

Confirmed child-safety violations and court-ordered removals cannot be appealed.

16.

Reporting Violations

If you see something on Tribora that violates this policy:

  • ·Use the in-app reporting options where available, or email support@tribora.net with a link to the content and a short description of the problem.
  • ·For urgent safety issues — threats, child safety, or self-harm risk — mark your email URGENT and contact your local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
  • ·Reports are confidential. We do not reveal the reporter’s identity to the reported account.
  • ·Do not abuse the reporting system. Repeated bad-faith reports are themselves a violation of this policy.

Creators are expected to moderate their own communities, but any member can always escalate directly to Tribora.
