Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tribora. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.

Introduction

Welcome to Tribora. Tribora ("Tribora", "we", "us", or "our") is a creator platform that lets creators build communities, publish content, sell memberships and digital products, host live rooms and events, and share replays with their audiences.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Tribora. They apply to everyone who uses the platform, whether you join as a member, run a community as a creator, or simply browse public pages. If you use Tribora on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Tribora.

2.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tribora. If the laws of your country require a higher minimum age for using online services or entering into contracts, that higher age applies to you.

  • ·If you are under 18, you may only use Tribora with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
  • ·You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to sell memberships or products, receive payouts, or connect a Stripe account.
  • ·You may not use Tribora if you have previously been banned from the platform or if doing so would violate any applicable law or sanction.

We may ask for proof of age or identity where required by law or by our payment partners, and we may suspend accounts that fail verification.

3.

User Accounts

You need an account to access most Tribora features. When you create one, you agree to:

  • ·Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
  • ·Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
  • ·Notify us promptly at support@tribora.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • ·Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, including content you publish and communities you manage.

One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of evading restrictions, manipulating metrics, or abusing free tiers. We may reclaim usernames and community handles that are inactive, misleading, or infringe the rights of others.

4.

Community Rules

Tribora is built around communities. To keep every room safe and worth being in, all members agree to:

  • ·Treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, and threats are not tolerated anywhere on the platform.
  • ·Follow the specific rules set by each community’s creator, in addition to these Terms.
  • ·Not spam, flood, or post repetitive or deceptive content in feeds, chats, polls, or live rooms.
  • ·Not impersonate other people, creators, or Tribora staff.
  • ·Not share other members’ private information without their consent.

Creators may moderate their own communities, including removing content and members. Tribora may additionally remove content or restrict accounts anywhere on the platform when these Terms are violated.

5.

Creator Responsibilities

If you run a community, sell memberships or products, host live rooms, or publish replays, you are a "creator" on Tribora. As a creator, you agree to:

  • ·Deliver what you sell. Descriptions of memberships, products, cohorts, events, and tickets must be accurate, and paid content must be provided as promised.
  • ·Own or hold the necessary rights to everything you publish, stream, or sell, including music, video, images, and course materials.
  • ·Set clear expectations with your members, including your own refund terms where applicable, consistent with Section 13.
  • ·Comply with all laws that apply to your activity, including consumer protection, marketing, and tax laws in your jurisdiction.
  • ·Handle any personal data you receive from members responsibly and lawfully.
  • ·Not make misleading earnings claims or promote get-rich-quick schemes.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your earnings on Tribora. Tribora may provide transaction records but does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

6.

Memberships and Payments

Payments on Tribora, including memberships, one-time purchases, event tickets, cohort enrollments, replay unlocks, and tips, are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Tribora does not store your full card details.

  • ·Prices are shown before you pay. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge, including any applicable taxes.
  • ·Paid memberships and platform subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • ·Platform fees charged by Tribora on creator sales are disclosed on our pricing page and may be updated in accordance with Section 16.
  • ·By paying on Tribora, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement.
  • ·Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through Stripe. Filing fraudulent disputes may lead to account restriction.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access to the related content or features until the issue is resolved.

7.

Stripe Connect Payouts

Creator earnings are paid out through Stripe Connect. To receive payouts, you must create and maintain a Stripe connected account and complete Stripe's onboarding, including identity and banking verification.

  • ·By connecting a Stripe account, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, including the Stripe Terms of Service.
  • ·Payout timing, currencies, and availability are governed by Stripe and by your country’s banking rules. Tribora does not control Stripe’s processing times.
  • ·Earnings shown in your Creator Wallet are net of platform fees and payment processing costs, and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, and currency conversion.
  • ·We may withhold, delay, or reverse payouts where required by law, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where a transaction is under dispute.
  • ·You must provide accurate business and tax information. Providing false information may result in payout suspension and account termination.

If your Stripe account is restricted or closed by Stripe, Tribora cannot process payouts to you until the restriction is resolved with Stripe.

8.

Live Rooms

Tribora lets creators host live audio and video sessions ("Live Rooms"), including community sessions, music nights, events, summits, and cohort classes.

  • ·Live Rooms may be recorded. When a session is recorded, participants are considered notified by the presence of recording features in the room. By speaking or appearing on camera in a recorded session, you consent to being included in the resulting replay.
  • ·Hosts control their rooms and may mute, remove, or block participants at their discretion.
  • ·All community rules and prohibited-content rules apply in real time during live sessions.
  • ·Access rules set by the host (member-only, ticket-holder-only, paid tiers) must not be circumvented, shared, or resold.
  • ·Live streaming availability depends on your plan and on third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming.
9.

Replay Content

After a live session ends, the host may review, trim, edit, and publish a recording of the session ("Replay") to the community, event, or library it originated from.

  • ·The host owns their Replay content, subject to the license granted to Tribora in Section 10 and to the rights of any participants featured in it.
  • ·Hosts are responsible for ensuring their Replays do not include content they lack rights to, including third-party music, video, or images.
  • ·Replays may be free or gated behind memberships or one-time purchases. Purchased access is for personal viewing only and may not be downloaded, re-streamed, shared, or resold unless the creator explicitly permits it.
  • ·Creators may unpublish or delete their Replays at any time. Purchasers of a deleted paid Replay may be eligible for a refund under Section 13.
  • ·Tribora may remove Replays that violate these Terms or applicable law.
10.

Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the content you create and publish on Tribora, including posts, lessons, products, live sessions, and replays ("Your Content").

To operate the platform, you grant Tribora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute Your Content solely as needed to provide and improve the service. This includes, for example, rendering your posts to your members, processing and encoding your live recordings into replays, generating thumbnails and previews, and surfacing your public content in discovery. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except where it has been shared with others who retain access, or where retention is required by law.

  • ·The Tribora name, logo, design, and software are the property of Tribora and may not be copied, modified, or used without our written permission.
  • ·You may not upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.
  • ·If you believe content on Tribora infringes your rights, contact us at support@tribora.net with details of the work, the infringing material, and your contact information. We respond to valid infringement notices, remove infringing material where appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers.
11.

Prohibited Content

The following are not allowed anywhere on Tribora, including communities, live rooms, replays, products, and messages:

  • ·Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
  • ·Sexual content involving minors, and any sexual exploitation or abuse material. This is reported to the relevant authorities.
  • ·Hate speech, harassment, threats of violence, or incitement to harm.
  • ·Fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid or multi-level recruitment schemes, and deceptive financial promotions.
  • ·Malware, attempts to breach security, scraping, or automated bulk access to the platform.
  • ·Circumventing paywalls, access controls, or payment flows, or reselling access to gated content.
  • ·Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • ·Sale of regulated or dangerous goods, including weapons and illegal drugs.

We may remove prohibited content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for clear violations of this section.

12.

Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Tribora and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict specific features, if:

  • ·You breach these Terms or any community rules.
  • ·Your activity creates legal exposure, security risk, or harm to other users or to Tribora.
  • ·We are required to do so by law, a court order, or a payment partner such as Stripe.
  • ·Your account is inactive for an extended period (we will attempt to notify you first).

Where practical, we will notify you of a suspension and give you an opportunity to respond. On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Outstanding legitimate creator earnings will be paid out in accordance with Section 7, less any amounts owed for refunds, chargebacks, or fees, and subject to any lawful holds. Sections 10, 14, 15, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13.

Refund Policy

Refund handling depends on what was purchased:

  • ·Tribora platform subscriptions (creator plans): you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • ·Creator memberships and subscriptions: cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds for the current period are at the creator’s discretion unless required by law.
  • ·Digital products, replay unlocks, cohort enrollments, and event tickets: refund eligibility is set by the creator’s stated policy. If a creator fails to deliver the promised content or an event is cancelled, you may request a refund through the creator or by contacting support@tribora.net.
  • ·Tips and voluntary support payments are non-refundable.
  • ·If a paid replay or product is permanently removed shortly after purchase before you could reasonably access it, contact us and we will review the case for a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you have in your country.

14.

Disclaimer

Tribora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • ·We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will always be available.
  • ·Content published by creators and members is their own. Tribora does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user content, including educational, financial, or health-related material.
  • ·Purchases from creators are transactions between you and the creator. Tribora provides the platform and payment infrastructure but is not a party to those transactions.
15.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribora and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Tribora in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD 50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves or as the law requires. When we make material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days before they take effect, by in-app notification or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

If you continue using Tribora after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the platform and close your account before the change takes effect.
